Frequently Asked Questions

I get a lot of questions from clients so I decided to answer a lot of the questions on one page. Here are some questions that I get asked frequently.

What kind of camera do you use?
I have a Canon Rebel t5.

What do you use to edit your photos?
I use Photoshop Elements 13 to edit all of my work.

How long have you been doing photography?
Honestly, since middle school. I've always had a passion for taking pictures of my friends and I.
But I have been doing photography as a business, since February 2015, and still learning everyday.

How long do I have to wait to receive my photos?
Depends on which session you chose. Package 1, can take a week (7 days) to finish your photos. Package 2, can take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your photos.

Do you offer prints?
Currently, I do not. You will receive your photos digitally through my password protected, online gallery. You will be emailed your very own password that opens a personal private gallery, where you will be able to download your photos from.

What is your photography style?
Good question, as I am still trying to figure this one out. I would have to say, I love the rustic/vintage feel to my photos. I also like the matted look in my images.

What kind of sessions do you do?
I specialize in Children and Families, such as Family Portraits, Baby's Half and One Year Birthdays, Cake Smash, Maternity, Pregnancy Announcements, Gender Reveals, Breastfeeding, Babywearing.
I also do couples sessions, engagements, proposals and pets.
*I currently do not do weddings*

Do you have a studio?
Currently, I do not. It is my dream to own a studio one day. However, I am working on doing a "mobile studio" where I can come to you or vise versa.

What should we wear?
This is probably my most frequently asked question I always get. I tell everyone to wear whatever they would like, I want you to be comfortable. If you would like to match, then match, they are your photos. However, I do recommend that color coordinating looks really good in a group sitting such as families. Also, I would advise to try and avoid loud pattern shirts as they can be distracting in photos.

Do you provide props?
I do have some props. We can discuses what you are visioning for your session beforehand. If you have something in mind that I do not have, most of the time I can make it happen if I am aware a head of time. You are also more than welcome to bring your own props.

What happens if I'm not happy with my photos?
For any reason such as, it starts to rain in the middle of your session or if your child is not happy at the time of your session causing your photos to not turn out so great, I will gladly redo your session at no extra cost.

How can I book my session?
You can book your session by contacting me by email through the website, blog, or messaging my Facebook page.
